Return policy

Overview

You must submit your return request within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Returns made after 14 calendar days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unworn, with all original tags attached (tags must not be removed), and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase or a receipt.

We aim to process all returns and refunds within 3 working days upon receiving the returned goods.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us without delay so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Please note exchanges are subject to availability and you will only be allowed one exchange per purchase. Kindly confirm your exchange request before sending the item back.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

You must provide the tracking number and details of the shipping carrier used for your return, either via our Returns Centre or by email, as soon as you dispatch your return.

Shipping Costs

If you simply change your mind or ordered the wrong item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please double-check product details, including sizing charts, before making your purchase.

Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping costs, nor any import duties or taxes, unless the item arrives faulty, damaged, or if the package is lost or damaged during delivery.
