To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
All original tags must be attached.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Final sale items are not eligible for return.
For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Intimates/underwear

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 2 – Return Authorization
Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return address. Please ensure the item is securely packaged.
Step 3 – Inspection & Processing
After we receive your return, items will be inspected within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed accordingly.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by MonroeLuxe.
If a returned item does not meet our return criteria, it may be sent back to you at your expense.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will cover return shipping costs.
You will receive a full refund or replacement, based on your preference.
