The design is fused into water- and scratch-resistant PU leather, wrapped around 252 side-loading slots sized exactly for standard 3×4 toploaders. Do you send a proof before you print?
No, and that's on purpose. We don't hold your order for a back-and-forth proof. You upload, we ship. Before printing, our team optimizes the file for you—fixing wrong dimensions, sharpening low-res, cleaning up what we can so the cover comes out its best. We only reach out if an image is truly beyond saving.

What if my image is the wrong size or low quality?
We handle it. Want just the art off a card with no text? An odd crop? A smaller file? Every upload gets optimized before it prints: resized, sharpened, cleaned up. Sharper images always come out better, so send the highest-resolution file you have. But you don't need to be a designer. That part's on us.

How is this different from laser or painted custom binders?
Color and detail. This is a full-color print, edge to edge, rich and saturated—not a single-tone laser etch or a flat painted-on graphic. Because the art is printed and fused into the leather, fine detail and gradients come through that engraving and hand-painting can't hold. You get the actual image, in its actual colors.

Will the print fade, peel, or scratch off?
No. The image is printed in full color and fused into the leather, not stuck on top of it. Water-resistant, scratch-resistant, fade-tested. Scratch at it, spill on it, carry it for years: it doesn't peel and it doesn't fade. The cover stays as sharp as the day it shipped.

Can I cancel or get a refund?
You have a 2-hour window. Custom binders are made to order, so once production starts we can't refund them. Need to change your image, swap the leather color, or cancel? Message us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll sort it. After that, it's already in the works.

How long does a custom binder take?
7 to 14 days from order to your door. Custom isn't instant: it's printed, built, and checked one at a time. If you need a binder this week, our standard character lineup ships fast. If you want one that's yours alone, it's worth the wait.

Does this work for cards that aren't Pokemon?
Yes. Standard 3"×4" toploaders are the universal format, so Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, One Piece, sports cards, anything you've toploadered fits. And the cover can be any image you want. Pokemon-only doesn't have to be the brief.
